International School has the rights to terminate student’s application who don’t meet the health requirements.
iii. Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant regulations of the Capital Medical University (CMU).
iv. English Requirements:
(i)．Native English speakers do not need to take English examination.
(ii)．Students who attend a English speaking secondary schools need to provide evidence in order to waive the English examination.

*2. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant.
*6. English proficiency test certificate
TOFEL (80), IELTS (6.0) test results (Non-native speaker / Students from Non-English Medium Schools).
*7. Physical examination record for foreigner
Physical Examination Record with blood test results (Hepatitis B surface antigen, HIV, syphilis, and TB) within six month. Anyone with chronic disease or genetic disease need to notify International School.

None Criminal Offend Certificate provided by local Police Department within six month.
*9. Financial status certificate
Financial status (minimum income of $15,000).
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
